Donation deed by which D. Madalena Correia and Catarina Jorge Correia, sisters and executors of Violante Jorge Correia, confirm and aprove the oral will of their sister. They appoint João de Mendonça, husband of Ana de Touro, their niece, as universal heir of their sister. They donate him all of their sister's assets, incluinding a quinta in Seixal, and order him to buy more properties to entail to an obligation of two annual masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, where she is buried. This obligation shall then pass to João de Mendonça's sucessors.
