Bond by which Ambrósio de Sequeira Torre and his wife, Maria Veloso de Araújo, promise in their names and the names of their successors, to pay the obligations of the chapel established by Gonçalo Veloso de Araújo and his wife in the convent of S. Domingos de Benfica, Lisboa. Followed by a sentence issued by the provedor das Capelas ordering the fulfillment of the obligation, dated 1638-04-09.

Exchange deed by which Joana de Bulhões, widow of Gonçalo Veloso de Araújo, her niece, Maria Veloso de Araújo, and her niece's husband Ambrósio de Sequeira Torre, buy from Luís Cado a foro in Benfica in exchange for a land which they had inside his properties. Joana de Bulhões declares that this foro shall be a part of the dowry of her niece, in exchange for the land. Mentions a dowry deed, an auto de arrematação, an acquisition deed dated 1602-03-20, and a petition. Contains two certificates of payment dated 1627-08-07, an affidavit issued by the Cabido da Sé de Lisboa, dated 1627-07-28, and an acceptance deed issued by Margarida Benique, wife of Luís Cado.

Sentence by which the provedor das Capelas allows Ambrósio de Sequeira Torre to subrogate the obligations entailed to the chapel established by Gonçalo Veloso de Araújo and Joana de Bulhões from the houses in Rua da Caldeiraria, which were foreiras to the Câmara de Lisboa, to a foro of a vineyard in Benfica.
Preceded by an auto de vistoria made at the request of Ambrósio de Sequeira Torre, dated 1638-03-26.

Will (extract) by which Gonçalo Veloso [de Araújo] and his wife, Joana de Bulhões, donate to Maria Veloso their houses in rua da Caldeiraria, near Rossio, Lisboa, with the obligation of four annual masses in the altar of Jesus of the convent of S. Domingos de Benfica.
