Affidavit by which D. Leonor Henriques, daughter of Henrique Mendes de Lapenha and D. Ana Henriques, deceased, and widow of Luís Pereira de Carvalho, promises to fulfill the wills of her father and husband. She declares that she doesn't own the quinta da Cruz da Pedra, which belongs to her son, Manuel Pereira de Carvalho.

Sentence by which the wills of Henrique Mendes de Lapenha and Luís Pereira de Carvalho are considered fulfilled, and their properties are entailed to the chapel they have established in the convent of S. Domingos de Benfica. D. Leonor Henriques, their heir and administrator of their chapel, is considered free of charges, and shall order the making of a tombo and the finishing of the decoration of the chapel.

Will

Will by which Luís Pereira de Carvalho, son-in-law of Henrique Mendes de Lapenha and D. Ana Henriques, asks forgiveness to his parents-in-law for having married their daughter, D. Leonor Henriques, against their wishes, and for not having fulfilled the dispositions of their wills. He expresses his wish to be buried in the convent of S. Domingos de Benfica, in their burial place, and asks his wife, who he appoints as his heir and executor, to fulfill the will of her parents by buying a chapel in that convent with the obligation of a daily mass, entailed to properties in Lisboa and Alverca. He also establishes two weekly masses and three annual divine offices for his and his wife's soul, in the same chapel, entailed to the same properties. His wife shall appoint the most obedient of their children as the next administrator of their entail and chapel.

Will by which Henrique Mendes de Lapenha, aged 70, expresses his wish to be buried in the convent of S. Domingos de Benfica, Lisboa, in a chapel of the invocation of Santa Úrsula and the Onze Mil Virgens. He establishes an obligation of a daily mass for his soul, the soul of his wife, D. Ana Henriques, and the souls of their relatives and benefactors, and entails to it 20 000 reis of revenue from his properties. He appoints his wife as his universal heir, executor, and administrator of his chapel. He also gives his farm in Cruz da Pedra to his grandson, Henrique Mendes de Lapenha, and, if he dies, to his daughter, D. Leonor Henriques.
