Domingos de Benfica, Lisboa, sells an olive grove in Benfica, which had been entailed to her aunt's chapel, to João Soeiro, contador dos Contos do Reino. She had obtained an authorization to sell this olive grove since it didn't produce enough revenue to fulfill the obligations entailed to it, under the condition that, with the revenue from the sale, she would buy new properties to entail.
