Affidavit authorizing Luísa Vieira to sell the olive grove in Benfica, Lisboa, entailed to the chapel established by her aunt, Luísa da Costa Pereira, under the condition that the revenue from the sale shall be used to buy new properties to entail in its place.

Sale and bond deed by which Luísa Vieira, widow of Cristóvão de Carvalho Travassos and administrator of the chapel established by her aunt, Luísa da Costa Pereira, in the convent of S. Domingos de Benfica, Lisboa, sells an olive grove in Benfica, which had been entailed to her aunt's chapel, to João Soeiro, contador dos Contos do Reino. She had obtained an authorization to sell this olive grove since it didn't produce enough revenue to fulfill the obligations entailed to it, under the condition that, with the revenue from the sale, she would buy new properties to entail.

Sale and bond deed by which Luísa Vieira, widow of Cristóvão de Carvalho and administrator of the chapel established by her aunt, Luísa da Costa Pereira, buys foros of houses in the parish of Esperança, Lisboa, from padre Manuel Leite Pereira, and entails them to her aunt's chapel in place of the olive grove she had sold to João Soeiro. Mentions acquisition deeds dated 1631-03-30, 1644-04-15, 1643-11-15 and 1655-04-03; contains certificate of pagamento de sisa.

Will by which Luísa da Costa Pereira, widow of João Lopes de Barbuda, appoints her niece, Luísa Vieira, as her universal heir, and expresses her wish to be buried in the convent of S. Domingos de Benfica, Lisboa, in her husband's burial place. She establishes an obligation of ten annual masses in that convent and entails to it an olive grove in Benfica, which she bequeaths to her niece. After Luísa Vieira's death, the chapel shall be administered by her daughter, Beatriz Travassos, wife of doutor Henrique de Barreira, and by their successors afterwards. Followed by approval deed, dated 1636-01-10.
