Will chart by which Manuel Dias and his wife, Leonor Fialho, express their wish to be buried in the church of the convent of S. Domingos de Benfica, Lisboa, where their ancestors are also buried. They appoint their son, Manuel Dias, as third life in Casal das Cruzes, where they live, which is leased to the convent of S. Vicente de Fora. They entail a vineyard inside of it to an obligation of two annual masses for their souls, which shall be fulfilled by their son. The administration shall pass to whomever possesses the lease after him.
Followed by approval deed, dated 1635-10-18, opening deed, dated 1635-10-30, and termo, dated 1641-10-07, by which Afonso Gonçalves, son-in-law of the institutors and husband of Maria Fialho, their daughter, accepts the establishing of this obligation since, according to their will, he had been given part of this Casal through dowry deed.
