Will (extract) by which doutor António Pires de Bulhão entails his farm in Sobral Pequeno with the obligation of 50 masses for his soul in the cathedral of Lisboa. He bequeaths it to his niece, Cecília de Sequeira, daughter of his sister, and to her descendants afterwards. His brother, doutor Jorge de Bulhão, can have its usufruct furing his lifetime.
