Chapel foundation deed by which Lopo Rodrigues and his wife Maior Pires ordered the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated every year. After the death of the first of them the chapel would be divided in two, although the administration of both was kept in the same person. They appointed their grandson Lopo Rodrigues to be the first administrator during his lifetime and, after his death, he shall be succeeded by his oldest and legitimate son.
