Donation deed by which Margarida Dinis donates to Martinho Fialho and his wife, Margarida Fernandes, two vineyards, located on Caminho de Montemor, with a perpetual pious obligation of two masses celebrated every year in the monastery of São Francisco of Évora. After their death, it should be administered by the son or daughter they chose. Martinho Fialho, also in name of his wife, accepts the donation and agrees with its conditions.
