Will (extract)

Will (extract) by which Antónia Mizurada, widow of Francisco Lopes Preto, declares she had established an obligation of a weekly mass and an annual divine office in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, over her tomb, which had started in 1645, to which she had entailed a payment of 4 000 reis set in houses in rua dos Ourives, Lisboa. She appoints her son, Elísio de Araújo, as her executor and universal heir. After his death, her houses shall be given to her granddaughters, Maria Moniz da Trindade and Sebastiana Moniz, daughters of her daughter, Joana Moniz, and of Pascoal Rodrigues Velho, or, if none of them marry, to her grandsons, who were in Italy.
