Chapel foundation deed by which Isabel Afonso Pinto ordered the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of twenty masses celebrated every year in the church of Santa Maria do Bispo, in Montemor-o-Novo. She appointed Beatriz André to be the first administrator during her lifetime and, after her death, she shall be succeeded by her eldest son or daughter. After the death of Beatriz André's eldest son, he would pass the administration to the next sibling, from the oldest to the youngest. After the death of the youngest, the administration would pass to the eldest grandson or granddaughter.
