Chapel foundation deed by which Catarina Lourenço and her children Manuel Vaz, Mestre Felipe, Belchior Vaz, Gabriel Vaz, Beatriz Vaz and Sonorosa Vaz ordered the foundation of a chapel with a perpetual pious obligation of masses celebrated every year in the church of Santa Maria do Bispo, in Montemor-o-Novo. Catarina Lourenço will be the first administrator during her lifetime and, after her death, she shall be succeeded by Manuel Vaz. After his death, the next brother will succeed him, and so on, from the oldest to the youngest. The last of the brothers was appoint the successor in the administration.
