He named his grandson Luís Fernandes da Vega to administrate this chapel until Marina married, and from there on, she and her legitimate descendants would administrate this chapel. If Marina died without children, the administration would be handled with the same conditions to Francisco, son of his niece Maria Vieira and capitão Manuel Ledo. The institutor disposed that if any of the slaves that were entailed to the chapel died or were sold out, they should be replaced in order to always maintain twenty of them serving.
