Will chart by which Catarina de Almeida, widow of Simão Vaz, entails her properties in Lisboa. She appoints doutor Afonso Figueira, desembargador da Casa do Cível, as her heir, with the obligation of three weekly masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, where she wishes to be buried. If he dies without successors, the entail shall be bequeathed to Tomás Rebelo, escrivão do Cível, and to his children. If none of them have succession, it shall be bequeathed to her closest relative, excluding her nephews, who she disowns.
