Agreement deed by which Estêvão Eanes Bretão, mercador, entails lands (herdades) in the outskirts of Lisboa to the chapel of Santa Maria and Santo Estêvão of the church of the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa, which he founded. The administrators of the entail are obligated to give 164 libras to that convent each year with the purpose of supporting the celebration of masses for the institutor's soul.

Agreement deed by which Estevão Eanes Bretão and Domingas Pires, his wife, commit themselves to donate part of the revenues of their properties in Pé de Mu, Lisboa, to the convent of S. Domingos of Lisboa in exchange for the celebration of annual masses for their souls. After their deaths, those properties should be inherited by one of their relatives, who would be responsible to fund those pious charges.
