Tombo (extract) of the chapel established by Isabel do Rego in which it is explained that she ordered three annual masses in the convent of S. Francisco of Lisboa, entailed to her houses in Lisboa. The administrators were: Francisco Cristóvão de Andrade, escrivão do paço da Madeira, and presently his son, Manuel de Andrade, sargento-mor do Terço dos Privilegiados of Lisboa. The masses were paid until 1663.
Followed by mention of a subrogation deed dated 1671-05-09, judged valid by sentence of 1671-06-04.
