Pagamento à terça (extract) of Maria Pereira made to her daughters, Cecília and Teresa, who were minors. Cecília should have half of her mother's houses in Lisboa, with the obligation of three masses at Christmas. Teresa should have the other half of the same houses with the obligation of five masses to the Chagas of Christ. Their father, Domingos Dias, should give them possession of their properties when they married or became adults.
