Will chart

Will chart by which João de Flandres, mercador, bequeaths part of a house in Lisboa to Susana Martins, his criada, and Vasco Gonçalves Armeiro, her husband, obligating them and their descendants to celebrate one annual mass for his soul in the church of the convent of Santíssima Trindade of that city, where the testator's remains should be buried, next to his wife, Leonor Afonso, and their children.
The testator establishes another entail with houses, lands (herdades) in that city and lands (casal) in Abóboda, Cascais, appointing Vicente Afonso, his criado, to be its first administrator. He and his successors should support the celebration of annual masses in that church.
Followed by an approval deed issued on 1447-12-21.
