Provision in favour of Manuel Boto Pimentel, fidalgo da Casa do Rei, authorizing him to subrogate the houses in Lisboa which D. Catarina Machado had bequeathed her granddaughter, D. Luísa de Meneses, his wife, with an obligation of three annual masses in the monastery of Santo Elói, Lisboa, for a farmstead in Alenquer.
Preceded by petition requesting the issuance of the subrogation deed, according to the terms of this provision, and dispatch allowing it, dated 1618-06-06.

Subrogation deed by which Manuel Boto Pimentel, fidalgo da Casa do Rei, in his name and the name of his wife, D. Luísa de Meneses, subrogates the houses his wife inherited from her grandmother, D. Catarina Machado, entailed to an obligation of three annual masses in the monastery of Santo Elói, Lisboa, for a farmstead in Alenquer.

Will by which D. Catarina Machado, widow of Luís de Xira Lobo, expresses her wish to be buried in the monastery of Santo Elói, Lisboa. She bequeaths her houses, which had belonged to her grandfather, Rui Boto, chanceler-mor, to her granddaughter, D. Luísa, or, if she dies without successors, to her other granddaughter, D. Margarida, or to her nephew, Fernando Boto. She entails them with an obligation of three annual masses each year on her burial place.
