Will (extract) by which Mariana Cabral leaves a property which someone would give her to settle a debt and a rent (foro) in Cachoeiras to her niece, Úrsula de Abreu, to help her marriage. Those assets could not be sold and should be transmitted to the eldest daughter of her niece with the obligation of celebrating annual masses for the testator's soul in the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Lisboa. If the future entail's administrators do not fulfil its pious obligations, all the assets should be delivered to the Misericórdia. The testator also bequeaths olive groves in Montemor to Inês Carvalhosa, allowing her to do whatever she wants with them.
