Donation deed

Donation deed of the chapel of Vera Cruz in the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, Lisboa, to André Lopes Franco and his wife Maria Quaresma. They establish an obligation of a daily mass. They promise to entail to it a public debt instrument of 50 000 reis. The chapel had previously belonged to Cristóvão Nunes and Maria de Valhões, but their successors, after several demands and motions, had given up its possession.
Contains letter-of-attorney.
