Sale and bond deed by which Diogo de Mendonça Arrais, son of Jorge Arrais de Mendonça and of D. Paula da Costa, buys from Pedro Coutinho a public debt instrument in the Câmara of Lisboa. He trespasses it to Frei Luís dos Anjos to fulfill the debt his parents owed his mother, D. Ângela de Melo, and entail to her chapel.

Will (extract) by which D. Ângela de Melo establishes two daily masses: one in the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, Lisboa, where she wishes to be buried, and the other in the convent of Santo António do Varatojo. She bequeaths money to her son, Frei Luís dos Anjos, to apply to this obligation. This money shall come from a public debt instrument Jorge Arrais de Mendonça owes her.
