Sale, quittance, and obligation deed by which Salvador Martins Preto buys properties in Torres Novas to entail to the chapel established by Domingos da Fonseca. These properties had been previously entailed to the chapel established by Luís Pinto, which was administered by João de Melo de Carvalho, desembargador do Desembargo do Rei and procurador dos Resíduos, and his wife, D. Isabel Maria Freire, who now sold them. They had subrogated them for a public debt instrument in the Casa do Pescado da Casa de Bragança.
Contains documentation referring to the entailment of the properties to the chapel of Luís Pinto.

Will (extract) by which Domingos da Fonseca requests his executors, Salvador Martins Preto and João Tavares, to make a contract with the priests of the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, Lisboa, to pray two daily masses for his soul. They shall employ the remaining part of his properties in this obligation.
