Subrogation deed

Subrogation deed in which Diogo da Fonseca Amado, on behalf of himself and his wife, subrogates the houses belonging to Pedro Fernandes’ chapel in Lisboa for two properties he owns in Enxara do Bispo. It inserts an extract of Pedro Fernandes' will and documents related to the evaluation of these properties, as well as petitions and dispatches for this subrogation.

Will (extract) in which Pedro Fernandes entails pious obligations for his soul and for the soul of his late wife Maria de Oliveira to his houses in Lisboa. If the obligations could not be entailed to these rented houses, he orders his will executor and heir to sell them and purchase another property whose income can be entailed to the pious charges.
