Termo de juramento by which Ambrósio Pessanha Pereira, declares that, according to what he heard from his father, João Pestana, the chapel of Senhor do Horto of the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas had been established by his great-grandparents, João Pestana Pereira and D. Violante, whose will had been lost. The properties entailed to it had only been annexed by Ambrósio's uncle, Henrique Pestana.
