Provision

Provision in favour of Lopo de Alpoim de Brito and his wife, Joana de Paiva, administrators of the chapel established by Isabel da Cunha. It authorizes the subrogation of 100 000 reis of the part of the farmstead of Alvalade which belonged to Isabel da Cunha, which had been sold by her husband after her death, for a casal in Loures. It also orders the partition of their houses in Lisboa, so that the part which belonged to Isabel da Cunha may be entailed to her chapel.

Will

Will by which Isabel da Cunha, wife of Fernando da Fonseca, fidalgo da Casa do Rei, entails her third part, consisting of a farmstead in Alvalade and houses in Lisboa. She bequeaths it to her daughter, Joana de Paiva, with an obligation of a weekly mass in the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, where she wishes to be buried. If her daughter dies without heirs, the entail shall pass to Isabel da Cunha's son, Duarte da Fonseca.
