Will (extract) in which Luís Borges entails olive groves and other properties he owns in Vale do Paraíso. He appoints Domingos Rijo as the first administrator of this entail, who will be obligated to fulfil perpetual pious charges for Luís Borges’ soul, as well as for the souls the testator’s parents and other decesead family membres. If Domingos Rijo fails to meet the established conditions, he will be immediately replaced in the administration by the son he has with his current wife. The administration of this chapel should be passed on to the closest heir.
