Contract and bond deed by which Miguel de Vasconcelos e Brito, do Conselho do Rei and his secretário de Estado, in his name and in the name of his wife, D. Catarina de Macedo, receives from the priests of the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, Lisboa, the chapel dos Cristos, or do Calvário, in their convent, to use as family pantheon. He establishes a daily mass for his and his wife's souls, and promises in their name and the name of their successors, to give a public debt instrument to the convent to support this obligation. If it isn't given, the payment of the masses shall be made from the revenue of their houses in Lisboa.
