Deed of sale of a chapel in the sacristy of the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, Lisboa, to D. Maria de Noronha, widow of Jerónimo de Melo Coutinho, who is represented by her nephews D. Tomás, D. Francisco and Frei Henrique de Noronha. This chapel shall serve as pantheon for her family and shall have an obligation of two annuals of masses and three masses at Christmas. She entails to it a public debt instrument in the Alfândega de Lisboa.
