Luzia of that church for 65 000 réis. The buyer must have the chapel's altarpiece made, where there should be depicted the images of Santa Isabel and Santo Amaro, and a statue of Nossa Senhora da Caridade, its new patron saint, placed there. Nuno Monteiro Bernardes appoints his grandson, D. João de Eça, to be the chapel's first administrator. Contains copies of a license given by João Figueira, prior da igreja de S. Nicolau, allowing the acquisition; an agreement deed concerning the sale of chapels in that church; a warrant issued by D. Miguel de Castro, Arcebispo de Lisboa, and a letter of possession of that chapel.
