Entail and chapel foundation deed by which Manuel Soares de Vilas Boas e Vilhegas, fidalgo da Casa do Rei, widower of D. Guiomar Nunes Angel, establishes an entail, according to a previous will he had made with his wife. He entails both their third parts, consisting of houses in Lisboa and properties in Beja, and establishes a daily mass in the church of Madre de Deus de Xabregas, Lisboa, where he wishes to be buried. He appoints their eldest son, Jerónimo Soares de Vilhegas, as first administrator. Jerónimo Soares de Vilhegas and his wife, D. Madalena de Távora, are both present and accept to annex their third parts to the entail. Manuel Soares Vilas Boas, minor, grandson of the institutors and son of Jerónimo Soares de Vilhegas and his previous wife, D. Arcângela de Noronha, is also present, and promises to annex his legitime to the entail, as future administrator.
