Contract and bond deed by which the priests of the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, Lisboa, donate the chancel of their church to D. Luís de Ataíde and his wife, D. Filipa de Vilhena, condes de Atouguia, so they can build a private tribune there, in compensation for the benefits they have received from the house of Atouguia, who founded the convent. The condes entail a revenue of 10 000 reis from the Casa do Pescado of Peniche to an obligation of finishing the construction of the chancel and keeping it well-kept and decorated.
