Subrogation deed by which Gonçalo de Miranda Henriques, also called Gonçalo Mendes de Meneses, subrogates some leases which Leonor do Espírito Santo had annexed to the chapel of D. Maria Rebelo, for the revenue of his houses in Chelas. He explains that D. Maria Rebelo had bequeathed money to Leonor do Espírito Santo, who should become a nun, with an obligation of five masses for her soul. After Leonor's death these properties should pass to Gonçalo de Miranda Henriques. Leonor do Espírito Santo had employed this money in the leases and established five more masses for her own soul.

Will (extract) by which Leonor do Espírito Santo entails the leases of the houses she bought with the money her aunt, D. Maria Rebelo, bequeathed her to an obligation of ten masses, five for herself and five for her aunt's soul. They are to to be prayed in her aunt's chapel, which is in the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas. The houses Leonor do Espírito Santo bought were leased to the entail of D. Maria Rebelo, which was administered by Gonçalo Mendes de Meneses.
