She states that, after being mortally wounded, her husband declared that his debts should be paid and that the public debt instrument he owned had to be employed in the celebration of annual masses for his mother's soul and for his own. He appointed his wife to be the administrator of the chapel, entailing to it houses in Lisboa. Followed by a dispatch issued on 1659-07-03 and an inquisitio of witnesses issued on 1660-12-27.
