Certificate of a certificate of an exemplification of a will made by Madalena Gonçalves, issued at the request of Pedro de Carnide, also called Pedro de Cabide, its administrator.
Also contains several letters of quittance which declare that between 1615 and 1619 the obligations had been fulfilled by Isabel de Ayala and between 1621 and 1625 they were fulfilled by Pedro de Carnide.

Letter-of-attorney by which José Pinheiro, administrator of the chapel established by Madalena Gonçalves, appoints an attorney in a conflict against the priests of the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, regarding the obligation of 50 masses of this chapel, which were entailed to a farmsted in Lisboa. He had inherited this farmstead from Isabel de Gamboa, his mother-in-law.

Will (extract) by which Madalena Gonçalves entails her third part, consisting of a vegetable garden in Lisboa. She bequeaths it to her daughter, Isabel de Ayala, and to her successors afterwards with an obligation of ordering 2 500 réis of masses in the convent of S. Francisco de Xabregas, Lisboa.
