Constança Casco establishes an entail with lands (casais) in the outskirts of Sintra and Mafra, a farmstead and houses in Lisboa, appointing her son, Pedro de Mendanha, to be its first administrator. He and his descendants are obligated to support, each week, the celebration of a mass in honour of Nossa Senhora in the church of Santa Justa of Lisboa.
