Will (extract) by which António Pires bequeaths lands (casal) in Santo Quintino to his grandson, Fernando, with the obligation of celebrating 20 annual masses for his soul in the church of Santa Justa of Lisboa, where his body would be buried. Fernando should use its revenues to become a clergyman. If he decides not to do so, the entail must be transmitted to his mother, the testator's daughter, who would pass it to one of her children. It should always be administrated by the descendants of the institutor's daughter.
