Bond by which D. Filipa da Costa Brandão, widow of António Brandão, establishes a chapel in the cloister of the convent of Nossa Senhora do Carmo of Lisboa with an obligation of 12 annual masses, according to the will of her husband. After the death of D. Filipa, the priests shall also pray a daily mass for both their souls. The chapel shall serve as burial place for D. Filipa, her husband and future administrators and heirs. She promises to deliver 30 000 reais of interest to the priests of the convent to fulfill the obligations.
