Bernardo do mosteiro de Nossa Senhora do Desterro, heir and executor of his deceased aunt, D. Margarida Forjaz, daughter of capitão António Barroso. Following the will of his aunt, dated 1690-10-06, frei Fradique Spínola entails these farmlands to the chapel established by António Barroso, thus replacing the houses previously entailed by the institutor, which had been sold by D. Margarida because they were ruined.
