Deed of sale by which Jorge de Pina de Castelo Branco bought some houses to incorporate into Cristina da Silva's entail. This document refers that Cristina da Silva died in 1670-01-16 and that Jorge de Pina Castelo Branco, now a priest, succeeded in the chapel of his deceased childless brother, Gonçalo de Pina Castelo Branco, founded by the same institutor, Cristina da Silva.

Will (extract) by which Cristina da Silva established an entail, designating her nephew Jorge de Pina Castelo Branco to be its first administrator. He was due to order the celebration of masses in the Church of Redondo or wherever he wanted. The institutor established that the successors were obligated to incorporate 100 000 réis into the entail. The proprieties of this entail are composed of farms, lands, houses, vineyards, orchards and olive groves located in Vila do Redondo.
