The institutor Domingas Gonçalves established the obligation to celebrate masses wherever the administrators chose, using the remaining part of her third to buy 3 000 réis of rents (foro) or a public debt instrument. Due to the fact that the remaining part of the third was not enough for this request, her husband and his second wife incorporated to the chapel the rents of these houses.
