Declaration by which it was mentioned that after the payment of the institutor's debts, the remaining assets were incorporated into Gaspar de Paiva's entail. These assets are composed of a farm located in Charneca, with its houses, lands, olive groves, winepress, warehouse, vineyards and some houses' rents (foros). Followed by a sentence by which it was confirmed the incorporation of these properties into the entail.

Will (extract) by which Gaspar de Paiva established an entail with the obligation to celebrate masses and to give to his niece Catarina Marques de Paiva, a nun, a pension of 60 000 réis. He designated Jorge Gomes do Alemo to be its first administrator and, after his death, his son António Gomes do Alemo. By the death of both, it should succeed the heirs of Diogo Rodrigues de Lisboa's entail, following the same succession clauses.
