Will chart

Will chart by which Cosma Rodrigues de Quintanilha expresses her wish to be buried in the monastery of Santíssima Trindade of Lisboa, near her father, João de Quintanilha. She entails a casal in Zambujal, S. Domingos de Rana, with an obligation of 52 masses over the tomb of her parents. She designates her husband, Cristóvão Ferreira da Fonseca, as first administrator of the entail and, after his death, her great-nephew, Diogo Dominico, eldest son of her niece, Maria de Quintanilha, and his descendants.
She also appoints her husband as administrator of the chapel of Isabel Afonso and of the orchard in Oeiras which had an obligation of three annual masses in the monastery of Santíssima Trindade, under the condition that he marries one of her nieces, daughter of Maria de Quintanilha. If he doesn't fulfill this condition, the chapel of Isabel Afonso and the orchard shall pass to Maria de Quintanilha herself, and to her successors.
Contains acceptance deed by Cristóvão Ferreira da Fonseca, related to the chapel of Isabel Afonso.
