Codicil by which D. Filipa de Meneses bequeaths more money to her niece, D. Luísa, and confirms the institution of her entail and chapel. She orders the replacement of the houses she entailed for other properties or public debt instruments, if it is established they can't be entailed, since they are leases.
Followed by addition of the same date, approval deed and opening deed, dated 1622-07-14.

Composition deed

Composition deed between D. Filipa de Meneses, widow of Francisco de Sampaio, senhor de Vila Flor, and the priests of the convent of Santíssima Trindade of Lisboa. At the request of the priests, D. Filipa accepts to exchange the place of the chapel she had started to build in the cloister of monastery, under the condition that the priests pay the remaining part of the construction, to compensate her expenses. She promises to give a public debt instrument to entail to the chapel, which shall have an obligation of three weekly masses and one annual mass, as previously established in a contract.
Contains letter-of-attorney. Followed by acceptance deeds.

Sale, quittance, and obligation deed

Sale, quittance, and obligation deed by which D. João de Castro Teles, husband of D. Arcângela Maria de Portugal and administrator of the entail established by D. Filipa de Meneses, sells the houses of this entail to the desembargador António Lobo de Torneo, and subrogates them for a public debt instrument in the rents of the Real de Água do Vinho and for properties in Torres Novas.
Followed by letter of possession. Contains letters-of-attorney, instrumento de consignação, promessa de venda, procuração em causa própria e obrigação, petitions, subrogation warrant, registry of the public debt instrument, due diligence deed, licences, and certificates of payment of sisa and laudémio.

Subrogation warrant allowing D. João de Castro Teles, administrator of the entail established by D. Filipa de Meneses, to sell the houses of the entail and subrogate them for properties in Torres Novas and a public debt instrument of 100 000 réis.

Will

Will by which D. Filipa de Meneses expresses her wish to be buried in the chapel she built in the monastery of Santíssima Trindade of Lisboa. She establishes an entail with her houses in Lisboa and two public debt instruments, set in the Almoxarifado de Évora and in the Casa do Espírito Santo. She designates her niece, D. Luísa, daughter of her sister D. Margarida de Meneses, as first administrator of the entail, with the obligation of ordering a daily mass in her chapel. If she dies without succession, the entail shall pass to her sister, D. Maria. If D. Maria has no descendants, the entail will be divided between the successors of the houses of Belmonte and Vila Flor.
Followed by approval deed and opening deed of the will, dated 1622-07-13.
