Certificate by which D. Manuel da Silva, escrivão da Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, attested that in a meeting happened in 1663-03-18 the members of that institution refused the donation of a vineyard in Carnide made by Paulo João and Margarida Esteves in their will.

Court sentence determining that the vineyard in Carnide left by Paulo João and Margarida Esteves to the Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Lisboa should be delivered to Maria Esteves, since the institution refused to accept that donation and she was the closest leaving relative of Margarida, as she was her sister. The judge confirmed that the property was henceforth attached to the obligation of supporting the celebration of 7 annual masses in an unidentified church.

If the institution refused that donation, the entail should be transmitted to the closest living relative of Margarida Esteves and administrated by his/her descendants. The entailed property could never be sold.
