Codicil (extract) by which Pedro Eanes Cota gave to his successors the vineyards and orchards of "Cordeira" with the obligation to order the celebration of the masses mentioned in the institutors' last will.

Will (extract) by which Pedro Eanes Cota an his wife established an entail, designating her daughter Margarida da Costa to be its first administrator. She was due to order the celebration of masses in the Church of Santo André de Velha, in Mafra, and to give to the priests some wine and bread. This entail is composed of vineyards and orchards located in the place of "Velha". After their daughter's death it should succeed her eldest son but, if she died childless, it should succeed their closest kin.
