Codicil (extract)

Codicil (extract) by which Pedro Dias and his wife Francisca Ferreira declared that it should be incorporated into this entail a vineyard called "Vale", on the outskirts of Lumiar, instead of the olive grove mentioned in their last will. The institutors designated her daughter Luísa Ferreira to be its first administrator.

Will (extract)

Will (extract) by which Pedro Dias declared that he wanted to reduce the pious obligations, ordering the celebration of six masses instead of the twenty-six belonging to his part. He also incorporated into this obligation the olive grove called "Cruz dos Leiros", located in Charneca, and established that his part of the pious obligations should be considered a "censo" and not a chapel.
