Will (extract) by which Domingos Pires and Beatriz Jorge, his wife, determine that, after the death of both of them, the third part of their assets, including a vineyard in Arcas, must be inherited by Maria Jorge, João Rodrigues' widow, who, from then on, is obligated to support the celebration of 4 annual masses for the testators' souls in the church of S. João of Lumiar. If Maria Jorge dies without receiving the inheritance, the entail would be transmitted to a son or daughter of her choice. If the future owners of that property do not fulfil the pious obligation established by the testators, it should be passed to a brotherhood of that church.
