They were due to order the celebration of masses for his and his wife's soul wherever they wanted. The administrators were also obligated to incorporate their "legítimas" into this entail and to use the institutor's third to buy public debt instruments or immovable goods. After the death of both of them, it should succeed his daughter Maria da Cruz and her heirs, with the obligation to incorporate their thirds into this entail.
