Will (extract) by which Madalena Gonçalves established an entail, designating her son João Dias to be its first administrator. He was due to order the celebration of masses for her and her husband Brás Dias's soul wherever he wanted. The administrator should nominate a son or daughter to succeed in this entail but, if he did not nominate one, it should succeed her grandson Agostinho de Barros, son of João Dias, who could choose whomever he wanted. This entail is composed of houses located in Lisboa and the administrators were obligated to make some improvements in these houses.
