Sale, quittance, and obligation deed by which Maria Soares, executor of Filipa de Aguiar, buys a lease in Lisboa from D. Antónia de Bourbon, which she entails to the obligation of masses ordered by Filipa de Aguiar in the convent of Nossa Senhora de Jesus of Lisboa. She promises the priests of the convent to pay for the masses, and the priests accept to pray them.
Followed by an acceptance deed and a certificate of payment of sisa.
